Used to measure the overall thickness of applied paint coatings onto ferrous metal.
Drying Time
The interval of time between the application and final cure of a coat of paint or varnish. (see Dust Dry, Surface Dry/Touch Dry, Hard Dry/Through Dry).
Dust Dry
The interval of time from when the paint or varnish coating is first applied to the time when it is resistant to dust particles in the atmosphere.
