Snagging

Snagging within the building /construction industry is a slang word relating to a snag document/form is issued to contactors and sub contractors  towards the end of a project or phased work to outline and describe minor defects or omissions arising during the course of the work carried out. This inspection to identify defects within the finishing work construction prior to the final handover to the client is normally conducted a few weeks before the final handover to the client..
