<p>Bleed from the underlying coating being bitumen based and activated by the solvents in the finishing material.</p>
<p><strong>Remedy</strong></p>
<p>No <a class="wpg-linkify wpg-tooltip" title='&lt;h3 class="wpg-tooltip-title"&gt;&lt;span class="wpg-tooltip-term-title"&gt;Solution&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;div class="wpg-tooltip-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;A liquid in which substance has been dissolved.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;' href="https://paintcheckplus.co.uk/glossary/solution/">solution</a> for the those areas excluded from daylight other than using waterbased paints.</p>
