Readily happens when oil paint is applied over a varnished surface where inadequate preparation has taken place.

Chlorinated Rubber

Chlorinated rubber coatings are resistant to and used in areas subject to high condensation, chemical attack and for immersed areas such as swimming pools   Also referred to as an Acrylated Rubber coating.

Paint or varnish coating which recede in small areas exposing the underlying coat.

A plumbing term relating to a vessel for storing water to flush out waste matter.
